Terms & Conditions for Supply
All business transactions with AG Fruit Vegetables are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Minimum Order & Supply: Products can be supplied in bulk quantities only, requiring a formal agreement with a specified time span for consistent and reliable delivery.
- Payment Terms:
- An advance payment of 70% of the total Proforma Invoice (PI) value is required upon placement of the Purchase Order (PO) to confirm the order.
- The remaining balance of 30% is strictly due and payable prior to the final dispatch of the goods from our facility.
- Pricing & Additional Costs:
- The quoted product price excludes Packing and Forwarding (P&F) costs.
- P&F costs will be charged extra, strictly on actuals, and will be included in the final invoice.
- Quality & Commitment: We are committed to supplying farm-fresh products synonymous with the quality and reliability upheld by AG Fruit Vegetables, under the leadership of Mr. S. Syed Azimudeen (Founder & CEO).
